Sunday Leftover sandwiches; they’re great reheated in the toaster oven on the air-fryer setting. I never had room for a toaster oven at my other house, but I do really like having one here, especially for reheating things or making two-person servings of food. Since I was stuck at home, I made my Ham Hock & Bean soup that needs to simmer for a few hours. Sunday: We were still snowed in, and thankfully, we had plenty of food. We ate leftover ham & bean soup, kielbasa, and whatever we felt like eating. Tuesday: I made Burrito Bowls using leftovers from Monday night.
