But, we also need stuff for emotional support – stuff to remind us that we are part of a generations old family, that we have accomplished significant tasks, seen impressive places and conquered difficult situations. I like my stuff and I refuse to acquiesce to the guilt trips imposed by others. Humans need stuff. You want stuff.

The family honored her with a family and friends celebration in the Missouri History Museum. I already had saved up a box full of wine bottles, in hopes of selling them at my next garage sale, so we didn’t have any cash outlay for those. They had black paper flocked with a scroll design that looked elegant.

Instead of buying items that you may only need for one time, you should consider borrowing items from a friend, family member, or a neighbor. Buying 1000 rolls of toilet paper in a pack is a whole lot more environmentally friendly than buying 250 packages of those small four packs. Well, guess what; you can. Buy used items.

Most of us who are 40 and younger grew up with disposable paper items. Do you have paper napkins? Paper towels ? Paper plates and cups? While I grew up using paper napkins and towels, we only used paper plates when we were on a picnic. You can often by these cheap at garage sales.
