With all the zucchini growing in our garden , I’m trying out new fun recipes and this one is a new family favorite! So, if you are looking for an easy appetizer or side dish (great for a party, dinner, or just an afternoon snack), I recommend these Baked Zucchini & Parmesan Bites. Everyone loved it – even baby girl!
