Green Eggs and Ham Recipe. You can also add it some fresh veggies like broccoli, green bell pepper, or spinach to give added nutrition. 8 eggs or 2 cups egg substitute. 2 Tbsp milk. 4 slices ham, diced. 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. 1-2 drops of green food coloring.
