This is such a simple recipe – but I wanted to share it since it is such a hit at my house. Green Eggs and Ham Recipe. 2 Tbsp milk. Seuss right now (probably because he enjoys reading them himself now), so when I asked him if he wanted green eggs and ham for dinner, he was very excited. 8 eggs or 2 cups egg substitute.
