I usually make this with bacon, but after all the leftover ham from Easter , I wanted to try it with ham, and you know what? This makes 6 servings, which is perfect for my family, although most of the time I double the recipe because it also freezes well. I like to serve this with bread or crackers with Homemade Butter.
