Wouldn’t it be fun to have a place where our sons, their wives and our grandchildren could come together to play, visit and bond? We paid around $200,000 in 2007 for the property with an extra amount for furnishings and a slip in a yet-to-be-built boat dock. My Grandkids have grown up visiting the lake condo and love it.
