My parents and their siblings were of the generation that grew up during the depression in the 1930′s. Dress it up with artwork or natural greenery as shown in this post from Parents. If you get newspapers, use newsprint with bright colored ribbon or bows. Do you have some leftover wall paper you won’t be using?
