On Halloween we did a trick for our treat inside of a neighbors house, without our parents around and got homemade goodies to eat as a treat. There weren’t any McDonald’s but there were Steak and Shake and White Castle’s here and there. Gasoline stations did not serve food, have coffee or provide bath rooms.
