On Halloween we did a trick for our treat inside of a neighbors house, without our parents around and got homemade goodies to eat as a treat. Gasoline stations did not serve food, have coffee or provide bath rooms. Some of us did not have central heat. Our home was heated with a coal stove. Neighbors knew each other. Go Frugal'
