A recent PetSmart survey shows that 17% of pet parents plan to dress their pet in this year’s frightfully fun fashions. After choosing the perfect costume for their pets, pet parents can submit a picture to PetSmart’s “Monster Cute Photo Contest” powered by Greenies(R) on PetSmart’s Facebook page.
