While there are no instructions, I think all you would need is a template and then sew around the edges and Voila! From Carolyn’s Home Work , the felt is hand stitched together with white embroidery thread and the fringe is made from yarn. My grandson would LOVE this! Have a sweater you don’t wear any more?
