I can only be pressed about so many things at one time, and right now, my grocery spending is not it. My main goal is to mostly cook at home, and other than that, I’m not stressing for now. My lunch leftovers were at least 25% better than the original dish. Which is a little high, but I don’t care.

What I Spent So I went to pull together my grocery spending for the week and I realized that it’s all quick trips to Safeway. Sunday Leftover sandwiches; they’re great reheated in the toaster oven on the air-fryer setting. Wednesday Leftover chicken quesadillas. We had some raw veggies and fruit on the side.
