Americans historically have not haggled for better prices on most items. To keep up we need to learn that negotiation (aka haggling) is acceptable, expected and useful. We need to practice haggling. Mom never asked for a discount in my presence. It was humiliating to have to haggle. Start the Haggle.

Baby Clothes Baby items really are a hot commodity, and this includes baby clothes.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised by some of the corner coffee shops, or the lovely mom and pop bakery down the street. Haggle (in a friendly way) with a street vendor until one of you caves in. Have an indoor activity planned just in case it rains, or be sure to check out some of the less visited places.
