I didn’t plan on posting a recipe today but as I was throwing this salad together for lunch, I thought I’d go ahead and share it! My two favorite ways to use up leftovers is in soups and salads. Both can hold up to a variety of tastes and textures, which makes them the perfect vessel for leftovers.

Yogurt, milk, cheese, even leftovers from the night before stay fresh.
