Not only would we save a ton of money, but it’s a project we can do together. Living in Indy and being so close to Indianapolis Motor Speedway it only seems natural. Fabric glue $2.00 (because I was too lazy to sew). Make Halloween about fun and imagination and not about spending a ton of money to look great.
