While you are there, checkout the other museums in the 5 star museum district. Go to Little Rock, AR to see Clinton’s library and museum.

Peter’s Basilica in Rome” Not far from the Capitol is the State Museum of Pennsylvania. The National Civil War Museum , as stated on the website, is “the only museum in The United States that portrays the entire story of the American Civil War. The museum is housed in an 1899 Victoria fire house.

On a bigger scale, The Country Club Plaza in Kansas City Mo lights up 15 city blocks with thousands of lights – which are switched on with due pomp, ceremony and entertainment on Thanksgiving evening. Crown Center , in Kansas City, MO has multiple different choral groups scheduled to stroll through the center singing the entire month.

In Kansas City, your kids can learn all about the greeting card industry at Hallmark. In Kansas City, all ages can visit the Money Museum. Boeing offers a tour in Everett Wa (kids have to be at least 4 feet tall). I have been on this tour and it is intriguing! Richmond Virgina’s Fed has a tour called The Fed Experience.
