After I had kids, I swapped that time to growing all sorts of interesting heirloom foods in my backyard. Another big win would be taking advantage of our great public library system.

Day 18: 9 Easy Places to Find Grocery Coupons

2 Side notes: Our local library has a box for coupons. Swap with Friends. Don’t throw out those unused coupons, instead offer them up to swap with your friends, family, and neighbors. I go into my account and upload coupons to my store card that will automatically come off my bill at the register on my next shopping trip.

P.E.P. for the Week of March 7-11/11- Spending Time With Family Update Edition

We also went for a walk to the chocolate shop and had a few visits at their new place. There are some great ideas in here like swapping babysitting. We have gone to the library before and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves…there are books on everything these days. It felt so great to see him and bond. Going Frugal.
