I’m using metal containers to pack my lunches Reusable containers make for a greener lunch, and a cheaper lunch. But for lunches, I love metal containers. I found a metal tiffin-style container (kinda like this one) at Goodwill years ago, and it’s been super helpful for packing lunches.

I fixed Zoe’s red sweatshirt She works at Target, so she either has to wear a red Target vest or a red shirt, and I’m proud to say that she has thrifted a bunch of her red tops. I will say, GenZ is not afraid to thrift, and I love that! I found some red thread in my sewing box. And then I set up my sewing machine.

I’ve been faithfully packing my lunches My building at the college has an in-house Chick Fil A, and in my two years of attending classes there, I’ve managed to not buy food there at all. We fixed Zoe’s skirt with scissors She’d thrifted this checked skirt, which had a sort of odd belt thing at the bottom.

Sewing holes in clothes, using up leftovers before they go bad, finding free activities for my little on the weekends, checking buy nothing or marketplace before purchasing- I am always just looking for ways to spend money. What’s the easiest/hardest part of being frugal? The easiest part – it comes naturally to me at this point.
