First, drain both the cheeseballs and the olives, and lay them on a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture. Inevitably, some of the cheese is going to get stuck up in the straws, so I suggest using disposable, recyclable, paper straws for this. I made all the eyeballs for this dish in about five minutes.
