Over the summer, I went to another of Brianne's Clothing Swap Party (how I love clothing swap parties.so Then while shopping at Forever 21, I noticed they paired a grey t-shirt under a lace vest. and got this lovely lace vest/top. I have been dying to wear it, but never really got the inspiration on how to exactly.
