We may have to add a hand held shower attachment and put in one of those shower chairs folks use. Making sure that refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, cabinets, drawers and counter-tops are reachable, able to be used by some one sitting down and everything is well lit is important. Transportation. Eating and food preparation.
