Over the weekend, during a family visit, I had a conversation with one of my nephews – a thirty something husband, father and CFO of a small company. At least they used to. But, individuals can still use the platforms to lend money. His latest idea would allow him to make money while satisfying a lifestyle change desire.

The great thing about e-coupons is that you can still use manufacturers' coupons and the money saved with the e-coupon goes directly into your Upromise account. You can load from both sites as long as the coupons are different. Upromise transfers it automatically for us each quarter so we don't have to think about that either.

My sister-in-law and her husband had one that they used and rented out and indicated that it was doing well. I wanted a place for our family to gather – adult children and grandchildren along with us. It was a brand new small development built on the site of a previous resort. The new dock was not yet built.

You can load from both sites as long as the coupons are different. Upromise ecoupons are good at Giant Eagle, Kroger, CVS and RIte Aid. $2/1 1 NO YOLKS. 1 Krazy Glue.

It’s easiest to just load all of them since you never know which coupons you’ll use. If you’re not a member, click here to join and register your store cards to the site, then choose the coupons for the month. Each month UPromise has new coupons that you can load onto your account.
