It’s all in the eggs… (Printable recipe and picture tutorial are at the bottom). I also prefer savory over sweet, so fruit or pancakes isn’t what my mouth wants in the morning (with the exception of smoothies). So, as easy as this recipe is, I have no excuse for not having these in my freezer at all times!

And thanks to a tip I saw on a cooking show, we now mix it with maple syrup to pour over our pancakes – YUMM-O! I like to serve it with breakfast on Christmas morning, because I can make it the day before and just pop it in the oven on warm while the kids open presents. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
