After 7 years of renting it to vacationers on a nightly basis, and using it occasionally ourselves, I have decided to let a local company lease it on a yearly basis. I wash all the nick knacks and silk plants and I paint any and all spots that need painting. We own a vacation condo lakefront in the Branson area.

For Goodness Sake, Paint Over Those Murals. Many people will say that they can overlook things like this when they view a house, but if you have an entire wall painted with river streams and the prospects absolutely hate the outdoors, the value of your house just went down. Paint over those murals. Get Rid of Those Fake Plants.

Rent a movie or borrow one for FREE at the library. Visit your local painted pottery place and decorate mugs, plates, or tiles together. Better yet, plant flowers together in your garden – every time you walk by it, you’ll be reminded about your time together. Check bars or restaurants with live local bands or singers.
