PK (pre-kids), I trained and competed in sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. But I have seen a variety of binders at yard sales and thrift stores for pocket change. I am as slow as molasses, but I really had a blast and took my training seriously. Remember, it was before kids, so I had loads of time to train and workout.
