This should cover my tentative 2019 Christmas budget that I based on what we spent in 2018. In March, I added $70 in $1 bills that I had been setting aside for the past year.

But if those gifts were paid with a credit card that doesn’t get paid off as soon as the bill arrives, any savings from store sales, coupons, and/or rebates might be negated from the interest accrued. Now start creating a budget based on what you spent in 2018.
