Aside from a health concern with one of my daughters , 2017 was a great year, however, I was distracted by non-necessities, so my overall theme for 2018 is to use my time more wisely on the people and things that are important to me. After 20 years, I switched from Quicken software to You Need a Budget (YNAB) software in 2018 for our household. Pay our bills in a timely manner. Most are now set up on automatic billing which almost makes this a non-issue, but early on when I mailed actual checks, paying bills on time was a top priority.

In 2017, we are committed to paying off the next loan, and by the end of 2018, we will pay off our final non-mortgage loan. Medi-Share Update: One Year Later

We hit our Annual Household Portion (think: deductible) with this medical event and our medical bills started to be paid by the other members’ shares.
