About a year ago, I began grinding my own wheat and making my own bread. I purchase my wheat in large buckets through a local co-op, then I grind it to make flour for breads, muffins, and any baked good. Never, in my wildest dreams, would I have thought I'd be the "hippie-healthy" type, if I may call it that.

White Chicken Chili , Portuguese White Bread with Homemade Butter (yum!!!). Grilled Steak with Garlic Cilantro Sauce , Baked Potatoes, Salad. We also get a large box of fresh produce every 2 weeks from a produce co-op. Ham & Cheese Sandwiches, Spicy Sweet Potato Chips. Dinners: Hamburgers, Corn on the Cob, Fries.
