This is an easy freezer recipe. Baked Oatmeal. Blueberry & Pecan Baked Oatmeal. Banana Walnut Baked Oatmeal. Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal. In the morning, I wrap the muffins in a cloth napkin (or paper towel) and microwave for 15-25 seconds or until the are warmed all the way through.

I also prefer savory over sweet, so fruit or pancakes isn’t what my mouth wants in the morning (with the exception of smoothies). So, as easy as this recipe is, I have no excuse for not having these in my freezer at all times!
