Sunday: Day 2 of a weekend long swim meet, so I took advantage of a sale at Giant, buy a store made Stromboli and get a store made pizza FREE. I had leftover rotisserie chicken in the freezer and I used my homemade chicken stock.

Sunday: My oldest daughter had a YMCA district swim meet. Relatives from out of town came to watch so we all went out to dinner to celebrate her qualifying for the PA YMCA State meet at Penn State in a relay. Tuesday: I used the leftover chicken from Monday night and made Chicken & Black Bean Enchiladas.
