This past November in 2010, I was in the bakery at Wegmans looking for a good loaf of bread for a special dinner for my husband's birthday. I have been keeping a batch of the dough in my refrigerator ever since November. It was the reason I bought four 5-lb bags of flour during the holiday sales back in the December.
