What We Ate this Week: Monday: We went out for dinner to celebrate my oldest daughter’s 11th birthday. Tuesday: We had a lot of pesto ranch chicken leftover from last week , so I cooked some bacon in the oven and made chicken & bacon quesadillas. It is November and we have yet to turn on our main heat source.

This past November in 2010, I was in the bakery at Wegmans looking for a good loaf of bread for a special dinner for my husband's birthday. I have been keeping a batch of the dough in my refrigerator ever since November. Oven Thermometer. I used the one that came with my oven. for one loaf of bread.
