What We Ate this Week: Monday: We went out for dinner to celebrate my oldest daughter’s 11th birthday. Tuesday: We had a lot of pesto ranch chicken leftover from last week , so I cooked some bacon in the oven and made chicken & bacon quesadillas. It is November and we have yet to turn on our main heat source.
