Pretty much I’m a mutt; English, Irish, Scottish, Polish all that northern Western Europe area. Sometimes I add some onions but not always because my daughter is not a big fan of them. While waiting for the sauce to get to the right state, I focus on garlic bread. Oddly I use Cuban bread.
