I have been a fan of choco-hazelnut spread since I spent my first summer in Germany in 1992. After some years passed I started seeing it sold here and noticed that it didn’t taste exactly the same as what I was getting when I visited Europe. It’s still my favorite on bread for breakfast but it is super versatile!

Pretty much I’m a mutt; English, Irish, Scottish, Polish all that northern Western Europe area. Sometimes I add some onions but not always because my daughter is not a big fan of them. While waiting for the sauce to get to the right state, I focus on garlic bread. Oddly I use Cuban bread.
