For many households, their finances and budgets are in limbo. Also to top it off, I had a huge property tax due that month for our office building that was going to be difficult to pay for in light of the circumstances. We have revised our budget and we will get through this storm. We thought life would be golden.

We have thought about moving to a larger home with more space, but a smaller home means lower utility bills, homeowners’ insurance premiums, maintenance, and property taxes. In 2020, we still use and are thankful for Medi-share. While our income has grown over the years, our home expenses have stayed the same. Groceries.

I track expenses, monitor our budget and handle all of our investments. Alan and I, by choice, bought land in an area with low property taxes. Had we not fallen in love with the locale, it wouldn’t have mattered how low the taxes were, but fall in love we did. Mary, thanks so much for joining in!
