Avoid Over-Usage When people go to the grocery store , some of them have the discipline to buy just what they need, and they can avoid buying the things that are just luxuries or on the bottom of their lists. Not all beef is created equal. Premium beef is much more expensive than most beef we find in our grocery stores. These prices are not considering bulk purchase prices (i.e. If you are buying in bulk you should try for better pricing. I posted this about a year and a half ago, but found that some prices have changed.
