With all the zucchini growing in our garden , I’m trying out new fun recipes and this one is a new family favorite! 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs (or regular, but the Italian gives added seasoning). You want both sides to turn slightly brown to give crispness. Baked Zucchini & Parmesan Bites. 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese.
