My son and I just had a chance to experience it, thanks to Sea Life Arizona, and we had a blast! My son loves trivia, so he was soaking in all the shark facts while we were there. So, I went to the store to buy the only ingredient you need for butter: Heavy Whipping Cream (of course I recommend Organic). Now, my son, who was still shaking through all of this, did make butter first. Once you save your buttermilk, take out your butter and put it in ice cold water to rise the buttermilk. And that’s it!
