My daughter-in-law went with me (my first grandson in tow) to look over various properties and we found one we both preferred. My sister-in-law and her husband had one that they used and rented out and indicated that it was doing well.

We are just back from a road trip from the mid west to Yellowstone National Park and back. Each family charted their own way out, in their own vehicles but we stayed together loosely in the park.

And I now have 2 wonderful grandchildren to love as well. Time passed, and as a sometimes happens, we grew apart and eventually divorced.

My WWII era uncle and his wife made trips annually with one of their 4 grandchildren (a different one each year). We took my Mom with us to Florida in the 1980’s.
