I sold old stuff I no longer used/wanted. I explain exactly how to create a Wants and Needs list in my book. No longer was I able to participate the way I used to so that caused a lot of stress. After that I wrote on my blog about how shocked and happy I was that the Spending Fast actually worked. I created more income.
