I’m in my 60’s, I’ve been married to the love of my life for 44 years and we have two adult “kids.” We consider her our “bonus kid” and our family is extremely close. His usual diet of sugar and white bread has not served his health well. In addition to my father’s health issues, my mother is no longer able to drive anymore, so the little errands and doctor appointments that need to be done to aid my father have become a substantial issue in our family.
