I love split pea soup and homemade split pea soup is the best! I used my leftover ham bone with meat still on it from Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving I just threw it in a Ziploc and froze it and so that’s what I’m using. It’s so easy to use the Hurst beans to make the soup since the beans are already seasoned!
