When your produce comes exclusively from freezers and cans and your meals are overly carb heavy and processed all for the sake of saving a few bucks, what kind of health cost are you incurring? I have been known to skip out on occasions and events for the sake of saving my precious pennies. For me, that means no clipping coupons.

Sometimes we choose to walk, but we no longer need to do so as a means of transportation for the most part. There weren’t many fast food restaurants and most of us ate most of our meals at home, because restaurant food was only for very special occasions. We have lost opportunities and inclinations to move about. Stop Eating Out!

She stopped paying income tax on the rare occasions when she did have income and did not pay county real estate taxes. Her health care is via the Veteran’s Administration as she has no health insurance. Get some transportation. Although she has been lucky, a fire or tornado could put her on the streets in a minute.
