that I do actually still know how to get stuff done (ha) I did do maintenance stuff during my semester (laundry, cooking, bathroom cleaning), but anything that was extra fell by the wayside. This one has a utility sink, washer, dryer, chest freezer, storage shelf, and it’s not even cramped in there with all that stuff.

And at one point during lab, I searched to see whether GoodRX has opioid pain meds and what the prices are (because we were having a lab question about how to help a patient who is having trouble affording meds). (The answer is yes, according to my Google research!) The answer: GoodRX does indeed have affordable prices on a lot of opioids.

I don’t know how to use a sewing machine so hand sewing it is. They are nearly ripped thru the inner thigh. I was planning to cut a patch from a ripped pair of no longer worn jeans and then hand sew it from the inside out. I’m wondering, though, about using an iron on patch instead and still sew a whip stitch all around it.

Last year I bought a manual car for $14k in cash, thinking I would learn to drive manual. Manual cars are generally cheaper than automatic and have better gas mileage because they are lighter weight).
