Sure, our kids won’t be going to school there, but we know potential buyers will likely send their kids there and will care about the school district. We live in Tucson, a city that is popular with both families and snow birds (retirees who come to live here for the winter months or half the year). Layout Is Important.

I have frequently read how other bloggers got so much more done when they got up early before their kids. My kids wake up at 6 a.m. What usually happens, though, is that after a busy day of homeschooling and playing with three kids, cooking meals, running errands, doing laundry, and cleaning house, I’m tired.

Some of you may take umbrage at things I consider wants, and that is OK. Last summer in my Grandma Rie’s Money Camp, we gave the 3 kids advertisements from the Sunday paper and asked them first to identify and cut out things that were needs; and then to do the same with things that were wants.
