For small packages, find interesting magazine pages to use in wrapping. Shop garage sales and thrift stores and estate sales. Christmas decorations, wrap, bows and ribbon all are continuous offerings at pretty much every garage sale, thrift store or estate sale I’ve ever shopped. Use paper from other sources.

If you are in more of a hurry, find a thrift store instead. But, find one in a high end neighborhood, one where the store sorts through the donations to select only the best. Garage sales and thrift stores are great places to find books and DVDs. A can of Rustoleum fixed this up for use. Books and DVDs.

It is full of recipes from magazines, friends, and online that I have collected over the years. But I have seen a variety of binders at yard sales and thrift stores for pocket change. They keep me fairly organized where organization is very important to me and my sanity. My recipe binder is a very important part of my kitchen.

Cover thrift store finds such as boxes and crates with dish shards for an awesome magazine rack. Anywhere you might use glass or tile for mosaic work, replace with broken china. Cover plant pots for one off coordinated dining room décor. The possibilities are endless.

When a bill hits your mailbox, put it in the same place each time until it is paid, then destroy or store the receipt in it’s place. When you get a new book or magazine, put it in the ‘unread’ pile and then eventually recycle or store it with others of its kind. Get Organized'
