Every night my first prayer is that this virus starts to mitigate, the curve flattens to a manageable level for our health care system, and lives are saved. Emergency Savings = Last Resort. Post-coronavirus, not so much!

On September 30, 2019, I woke up extra early and couldn’t fall back to sleep. We had worked all year to send extra monthly payments to that final loan and on that early morning I realized the balance was finally at a level that we could pay it off with some of our savings. Are we saving enough? Moving on to 2020!
