I would still need to purge 1050 items, which would be about 19 items a day from now until the New Year. Anyway, since July I have purged 11 magazines, 59 items of clothing, 14 toys, 5 pairs of socks, and sold 115 items at a local consignment sale, and a bunch of other misc items.

Every New Year, I've set a goal to purge all the unwanted, unused items in my home. This year I'll be doing the 2012 in 2012! I'm committing to purging 2,012 items from my home this year. After a few months I loose steam and never purge as much as I want to. I have a few rules that I'll be following.
