Aside from a health concern with one of my daughters , 2017 was a great year, however, I was distracted by non-necessities, so my overall theme for 2018 is to use my time more wisely on the people and things that are important to me. By request: what I’m currently doing with weight-lifting

I mentioned in a recent post that I’ve been back on the weight-lifting train, and that I’ve put back on a lot of the muscle I lost. Also, when I am experiencing really bad stress, I lose my appetite, and that also makes me get weaker/scrawnier. My 2019 legs were way more powerful than my 2018 legs!

It was a goal in 2018, but high medical bills and other financial challenges hindered our progress. Two things have happened recently that encouraged me to think about environmental changes I can make in my life. I ran my 10th half marathon in 2018 and have 2 more races planned for 2019. My word for 2019 is REDUCE.
